A professor said something to my class the other day that really stuck out in my mind.
Think about those times when a driver cuts you off, or when someone is driving just a little too slow. And you curse at them and give them friendly finger signs.
Now what about when you are late and need to get somewhere fast. Or when you loose attention for a second and you're perfect driving skills slip. Then it's perfectly reasonable and those other people flipping you off just have something stuck up their ass.
But what we don't think about, is this. What if that person who cut you off or slows you down, is the reason that you just barely miss a fatal car crash that you would have had other wise.
So next time you encounter a frustrating driver, stop and think, should you be cursing them, or possibly thanking them.
